This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in the BluePulse Shop, operated by BLUE PULSE ADVANCED SWIMMING POOL ENGINEERING LIMITED.
We deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. International delivery may be available on request for equipment orders (DHL).

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched every Tuesday.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 on Monday are included in the weekly dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 on Monday are dispatched the following Tuesday.

We aim to move to daily dispatch (Monday–Friday) soon.
Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

2.1 AnPost (Tracked Delivery)

2.2 FastWay Couriers (32 Counties of Ireland)

Additional information:

  • Typical delivery: 24–48 hours

  • Tracking provided

  • Max weight: 30 kg

  • Max length: 2.1 m

Important: FastWay does not insure:

  • liquids

  • chemicals

  • glass

  • ceramics

  • fragile goods

Shipping chemical products via FastWay is at the customer’s own risk.

2.3 Large / Heavy Equipment – BluePulse Delivery

The following items are delivered using BluePulse’s own transport:

  • Heat pumps

  • Commercial pumps

  • Large filters

  • Pool liners

  • Oversized equipment requiring pallets

  • Commercial liquid chlorine deliveries

Delivery cost depends on:

  • distance,

  • equipment size,

  • site access conditions.

We will contact you before delivery to confirm details and charges if applicable.

3. Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

Available by appointment only at:

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched:

  • AnPost Track & Trace

  • FastWay Tracking Portal

  • DHL (for international equipment deliveries where applicable)

5. Damaged, Missing or Delayed Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.

Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • the parcel is damaged,

  • chemical containers are leaking,

  • you received the wrong item,

  • an item is faulty or incomplete.

Please include photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, missing parts, or a refund depending on the issue.

6. Shipping Pool Chemicals

6.1 Standard Chemical Shipping (Ireland & NI)

  • Chemical containers must remain sealed, upright and protected.

  • Opened chemical containers cannot be shipped or returned.

  • Certain chemicals may require additional handling due to ADR regulations.

6.2 Commercial Liquid Chemical Delivery (BluePulse Transport)

We offer delivery of liquid chlorine and liquid acid to commercial clients using BluePulse transport.

Distances above 200 km are priced individually.

Customers will receive:

  • A written delivery quote

  • A delivery date & time window

  • Safety instructions for receiving chemicals

Deliveries must be received in person by an adult. We do not leave chemical deliveries unattended.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • incomplete address,

  • customer not available to receive the parcel,

additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once goods are dispatched.
